General FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based in Hagerstown, MD, USA, and travel within the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area, including PA and WV!
Do you provide RAW images?
Post processing is part of any professional photography workflow and, therefore, we do not provide RAW image files as they are not a finished product.
Public Event FAQ
How is each on location photography studio set up?
Each event is unique in its setup and services we offer. We provide high quality studio experiences on location including the use of studio strobes, light modifiers, and professional backdrops. Each event includes a custom configuration designed specifically for the event's type, theme, and clientele.
When and how will we get our photos?
Delivery times are specific to each event and depend on the type of event, the services offered, and the total number of photo sessions. The event listing will include delivery times for that particular event.
For digital photos you will receive an online gallery link with all your photos. You can download all the photos from the gallery, share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
Most event packages also include either a physical print created on-site, or the option to purchase a physical print created on-site, for instant keepsakes!
How many pictures will we receive?
The number of delivered digital and/or print photos are specific to each event and are included in the event listing. We prioritize quality over quantity and believe a few excellent photos are better than a dozen merely good photos.
What does an on-site print include?
Physical on-site photos are printed on Canon photo paper and use a professional, pigment based, 10-ink system for uniform glossiness, a wide color gamut, and dense blacks.
The printed photo size is 8x10 and the paper size is 8.5x11, allowing for easy mounting in a matted photo frame.
Each print includes a black paper frame with a clear plastic cover that can be safely displayed right away. It will also be placed in a protective envelope prior to pickup at the event.
Are other printed photo sizes available?
Yes! The online gallery link you receive includes the option of ordering additional prints in a variety of sizes and formats. Orders are fulfilled by our professional print lab partners where it gets printed, packaged, and shipped directly to you.
Private Event FAQ
How is each on location photography studio set up?
The private event package is tailored to your event and what you want provided. We provide high quality studio experiences on location including the use of studio strobes, light modifiers, and professional backdrops. Each event includes a custom configuration designed specifically for the event's type, theme, and clientele.
Typically this is a free standing, static installation that approximately fills a 10x20 foot space. Space requirements are ultimately determined by the studio configuration and could be larger or smaller, though generally not any smaller than a 10x10 foot space.
When and how will we get our photos?
Delivery times are specific to each event and depend on the type of event, the services offered, and the total number of photo sessions. Timelines will be set ahead of the event to meet your event or corporate needs.
Digital photos will be uploaded to an online gallery. Gallery options, download options, and the ability to purchase physical prints will be configured as part of your event package.
We also offer the option for physical prints created on-site, up to 13x19 inches.
What backdrop options are available?
Backdrop options range from solid colors to detailed, themed settings such as corporate offices, Victorian mansions, medieval castles, otherworldly settings, and more. Solid colors can be based on corporate colors or left neutral for a variety of uses. The backdrop will be configured as part of your event package.
